Cabin 3 also sits a little further but not to far back
from the shoreline as cabin 3A. It is a large log cabin with
an addition built in the late 60’s to accommodate a
kitchen and a 4-pc bathroom.
The cabin is rustic but extremely clean. It features
five bedrooms, four of which each have two single beds
while the other room has one double bed. This cabin has
a nice kitchen, a large dinning and living room area and
a four-piece bathroom.
This cabin is heated by individual
room electric baseboard heater so that you may warm the
cabin up for those cooler early spring and late fall nights and mornings. Please note that this
cottage has hot and cold running water drawn directly
from the lake but is not tested for drinking purposes.
Potable water is available at the lodge store for a fee
or from a tested public outlet outside the main lodge if
you have empty containers at no fee or you may bring
your own.
The cabin is adjacent to a 200 foot long suspended
bridge to cross over to the mainland. The closest
building to it is Cabin 3A, approximately 500 feet away.
It has its own dock able to easily fit up
to 4 private or rental boats. The cabin location provides good privacy to
our guests. This cabin is boat access but can be walked
to via the 200 foot long suspended bridge. Approximately
a 4-minute walk from the main lodge. |
